To stop the dramatic decline in sales due to drop in tourism in Margaret River.

Challenge

They were in a very tight situation, and had to dramatically improve their profits in the company and time was against them

Time Frame

We had 90 days to turn the ship around or there would be serious trouble

Result

Improved profitability by hundreds of percent, dramatic increase in traffic into the shop, their bank balance went up instead of down, and their bank manager visited them to ask why is it that their business was improving, when those around them were closing down.

Lesson

Success is mechanical, If you apply the streetsmart success principles in your business, you will probably get the same type of results that those before you have achieved. The secret is implementation of the RIGHT principles.
